Hey man, it was cool finally meeting you in person! We didn't get to talk/play much, but you were really cool during what little time we actually spent together.

Hope to see you again sometime!

I'm not sure if you actually use Bowser or just toyed around with him for a couple matches, but I watched a couple of the matches you posted in the forum and I'd just like to point something out, that you probably know of already but still.

When recovering, not to get to the edge, but actually off the ledge and onto the stage, you seem to have trouble when you really shouldn't. Maybe this isn't what you usually do, but from what I saw, you tend to avoid being near the edge during the neutral game and try his rolls up from the ledge itself a lot.

You obviously know his get-up attack is great from the edge, and that his Up B to the edge is great too, so don't be so defensive when you're on the ledge. It seemed your hesitation to act near the edge was what was hurting you more than anything. If someone is anywhere near the edge and you're below 100%, straight up spamming Up B and get-up attack in sequence covers enough to either make them back off or force them to act a certain way themselves. Then you can move to DJ aerials onto to the stage or rolls or other means. If you do those first before establishing yourself as a threat on the edge, you're just letting yourself be defensive when you don't need to be.

Above 100% it's a different story, but below 100% you have more tools at your disposal and can play like a completely different character near edges than when not. Bowser's edge play in Melee was good, in PM it's much better. As far as I can tell, if you be more assertive and comfortable on the edges, it will improve your Bowser play more than any other improvements you make. Just my thoughts and suggestions.

C'mon I'm not that bad, you know I've given helpful posts in the support forum though sometimes I mistake Squirtle's folder. I thank-you that the rep isn't mean to me though.

PS: Turtles are like Fish Big Grin, and also This post in the link needed to be quoted.
