I hear a lot of complaints about PT, and i can name a few myself. But I'd like to see the opinions of everyone. Also their ideas to balance them if not already there. |

Personally, the only one I have trouble with is Squirtle. I don't know what people are complaining about, but I do know that PT collectively rapes certain characters. I think Ivysaur's Dthrow -> Usmash -> Usmash/Uair is a little too good, but I myself have never fallen victim to it (yay for Kirby being floaty! ). I've seen it happen in front of me, though. I think Squirtle's damage building is a little borderline, as well - I'd really only say slow down his Utilt and Uair slightly if they were to change him. I see nothing wrong with Charizard, but I could see people complaining about Stealth Rock because of how amazing it can be as an edge-guard and its combo potential.I guess if they were to balance Ivysaur and Charizard I'd decrease the knock back on Usmash and Uair for Ivysaur and have no hit stun for rocks - just have them do damage to you. |

Ivy's Uair: I've been whining about this for a while. Zard's edgegame: I said that unless you were a bat-thing with a sword or a gay angel his edge game was stupid good. SR+Flamethrower is very hard to get around. I 4 stocked Ganon with Charizard against someone who's only a bit more noobish than me. 4 stocked Ganon. Dthrow -> homo combo. |

Nah, PT's alright, mostly. Ivysaur could still use some more help (less endlag on Bullet Seed, please. Make it actually useful for flying if that's going to be its purpose) If he needs any changes, I'd say part of squirtle's shellshift (the part where he just stays in the shell in a neutral position) needs longer duration to make use of the super armor and to have some IASA. That, or a better reflection timing on Squirtle's D-Taunt. Charizard needs no changes. Seriously, he's just... Charizard. |

Ivysaur's neutral b was a contestant for most broken move in vBrawl, and we buffed it. Seriously, I mained PT in vBrawl, and I know that. Don't buff the neutral b more, it deals so much damage, and now that you can control it the ability to deal even more damage arises.

It inescapably does at least 30% damage. In some instances it did 44% against lone's pit, and Tson's dedede. And i spammed it, too. They knew it was comin. Lone told me you'd have to be an idiot to get hit by it, i beat him with nothing but it and bthrow lololol(one stray dash attack iirc) I hate spamming and being a dick, but it's just the way you gotta deal with people sometimes. With the ability to move INTO the person while it goes, negates di. And it has great whiffing range, the propelling leaves whiff them into it. And the endlag is a joke, it's barely anymore than a failed grab. Unless you timed it PERFECTLY(this requires upper tier aerial or ground speed and mobility almost always) otherwise he can just shield a projectile if seeds didnt already kill it, or ftilt you. Only bad when he goes from grounded to aerial with it inside of the start-up and end frames. Tson told me he's going to nerf it somehow. In exchange for buffing him in other areas, I bet. no one likes ivy. They either think he sucks, or is just gimmicky and boring. I still say my upside down bullet-seed would work pretty good. Since right now any type of spike instantly kills ivy offstage ._. More vertical movement is what he needs, not horizontal. Squirtle's dair is way too good, it's like mario's, but better due to spike + better aerial speed + shield damage + much more knockback. It doesn't even make sense for it to spike. Utilt is too fast, and unpunishable. The main use of utilts for most characters, is to start aerial combos at low percent. Well squirtle's does that just fine, actually too fine. Doesn't need to be timed correctly at all. Just spammed. Slow it the f*ck down. Uair makes no sense either. Slow it down. Can spam it till it finally hits > fair/bair Stealth rock needs either less rocks, or set spawn points. Perhaps all four should be on the square points of zard's form. Big enough so that the two on the bottom are negated due to going into the floor when used on the ground. I don't like the idea about removing their hitstun... damage should be decreased maybe, but not hitstun. it's a great combo starter. It's impossible to try to punish the endlag of rocksmash properly because the rocks go in many directions, either you get hit trying to attack, get hit during the actual animation, or get lucky enough that you hit him. but usually can't follow up because this time, the rocks went behind him so you need to leave the area before pursuing. There should at least be SOME extentable risk using this move, right? Maybe make it only work when grounded, and spawn them in the floor, like, you know, how the attack ACTUALLY WORKS in the games? It's far too abusable as it is right now, i LOVE the idea, but it's being executed poorly. That's it for me. |

Overall usability and his recovery will be improved if my idea would work... Also dash attack is just dumb, it's not OP, but why on earth is this killing better than fsmash? Make it pop them up for combos. And go a little farther. |

PT as a whole isn't great. Charizard is good, and will most likely remain unchanged. Ivy is the worst character in the game. |

Exactly, not a single part of what he said is untrue. Especially that part with no reasoning, right? ;o Let me help with that :3 Zard is dumbly good, as in sloppily good. Not like wario, but stealth rock needs more absolute uses. He needs some buffs and nerfs. But overall pretty good, and i don't know who would disagree. Ivy however, i disagree, definitely. Sloppily done, needs a lot of work, but can take on the high tiers just fine. Just has a lack of options in a lot of situations. But the ones he has them in, are simply too good, and too easy. The risk/reward factor is completely out of wack. Definitely not as good as the other pokes. But bad? lolno. Nerf his amazing situations, buff his bad ones. That's all ivy needs. Does that fill up your need for reasoning, Filbert? |

Charizard, and I shouldn't leak this, is probably one of the most balanced characters in the game. Don't expect many changes. Ivy is complete shit. Will be redone. |
