they are now worse than vbrawl falcos.

its like you have normal SHDL and then ground lasers feel like SSL shots.

maybe just give him vbrawl lasers?

I'm gona side with gangsta on this one. I just tried out the latest Falco. Not only does it feel like all the things you guys gave him in the first place are gone, it seems like the laser is also exactly like they are in normal brawl. (Except it does 6 damage on the ground), but ...that's hardly noticeable.

It could just be me, but I feel like you also slowed down the Ariel firing speed of the lasers. You could almost shoot three in 1 short hop, now you can definitely only get in two.

I would like to request if you do anything at all, make his ariel lasers the way they used to be. They weren't even that broken. I also would prefer the 3 lasers at once instead of what it is now on the ground. The vbrawl laser is nice too, just do something with it...

I honestly feel Falco is not broken, though I know he is. It's exactly the same as normal brawl Falco with more jumps and more damage.

Both in close and far range. He could barely keep up with Luigi at close range, and could go even with Link and Samus at far range, now he can't do either.

Nobody can keep up with Luigi at close range. Nobody except Jigglypuff and possibly Sheik.

Of course any character with a reflector will stop most spamming. Gangsta basically said what I meant. As a projectile character pressuring other people, he fails.

Also, I also don't see the logic in balancing characters down knowing they are inferior others already. Like you said "Nobody can keep up with Luigi at close range...". Well one day or another a Falco player will encounter a Luigi. This is common senese, so why nerf what Falco has that enables him to fight evenly with someone.

Also Luigi isn't really affected by projectiles, approaching airdodge goes across half of FD so lasers won't help Falco there. Not that landing one would make a difference anyway.

One thing that you could do to maybe balance the lasers is give them more stun, like enough to where you can hit grab them from a jump canceled laser.

maybe make it match vbrawl foxes lasers, where if done perfectly he SHTL's and can repeat if you are capable of doing it fast enough.

at least that way he keeps his pressure with out it being super easy.

Because giving him ground to fight evenly by being irritating isn't a good way to design something.

Yeah, I mean air cancel lasers. I don't really consider the ground cancel laser...a real cancel.

You can make a character good with out being irritating. I don't see why Falco would need to be irritating to be good. Buff up his close range, and give his laser like 6 damage a shot in the air and ground. I'd say that would put him on even ground with most top tier with out anything more irritating than any other character with a projectile.

It would be easier to power shield most of the lasers, but that's why the punishment for failing to powershield the lasers would be a lot more. Effectively, the lasers that do hit would do more than enough to make up for the lack in number of projectiles thrown.

If you take Falco's lasers exactly the way they are now, and add 3 to 4 times the damage, 2 to 3 times more stun, slight shield stun, spiking attributes, and substantial shield damage. I believe it would be perfectly fine for an ample pressure game.
