Couldn't get a replay because I was too busy laughing with the person I was playing against in a chatroom. I doodled a simplified version of what happened. Spoiler: We were playing on Wi-Fi, I was Ike and my friend was C. Falcon. I know it's not the best drawing, but that's basically what happened to me, albeit only for a split second since I had jumped up before I realized what happened. I also remember seeing Ike standing still and slowly sinking down right before I jumped, so I don't know if I would've been able to camp under the stage or sink all the way to the bottom and die. Another thing to note is that happened twice in about an hour in two separate matches, but the second time happened even more quickly, my friend had hit me with an attack right as I fell below the ground. I'm not sure if the character you're using and/or the placement of the stage platforms is necessary for this kind of event to happen, but it's just something that I thought would be interesting to post. Something to do with a collision error while the platforms are transforming, perhaps? |
