bug regarding right-analog/c-stick

Pretty sure this hasn't come up because I don't think a lot of people use this weird feature, but in Brawl you can set the controller right analog or c-stick to attack, which makes it do tilts instead of smashes. In Project: M, this feature is broken; while forward will still give you a forward tilt, up and down give you smashes instead. I dunno how other people feel about this control setting because I literally just got interested into smash because I saw Project: M had Lucario with a super meter, but I figured instead of having to slow down my left thumb just to do a move it would be beneficial to just flick a direction for the rest of my moves, so I'd love it if this was fixed.

It's likely because of one of our C-stick codes. Rest assured, we'll have it fixed eventually.
