Long story short,I was modding textures and accidently removed the PAC file from my SD card,if someone could send it to me that would be helpful.

Download BrawlBox. Open the PAC / PCS with BrawlBox, then do File -> Save As... and choose the opposite file type. IE: If you opened a .PAC, save it as a .PCS and the other way around.

|
Certain downloaders/addons have the ability to preview the content of zip files without downloading the whole thing, and giving the option of selecting what files within you just want to download.
