I noticed that the down smash set up hit (the charge) is not working with me, is that an issue for me or Brawl- in general?

are u using the Brawl- .gct ? Me and another user use to use Brawl- with the Brawl+ .gct and Gandondarf's jab wouldn't have a hitbox but this ness down-smash thing could be they put some trick thing where you gotta hold or press some other button |

Well usmash is still the same. And the yoyo in general doesn't appear to be changed at all (which makes me sad)
