give grounded bullet seed less start up and end lag, and make jab not horrible.. also, curious, what are the odds of critical razor leaves?

oh, and backthrow should kill, and upthrow should have like no knockback.
that would be superb.

I was thinking like.. falco's upthrow in melee, so you can uair out of it, currently it has no use unless you get a grab at 0%

also you don't have to reply with so much hostility, lol.
