Bowser Revamp

I think it would actually better to make Bowser more interesting with a revamp. The Super armor thing just doesn't seem to work out well, as is, and he just doesn't have the fun factor other characters have anyway. I think it should be reserved for certain attacks and be unbreakable. Here's my recommendations that would make Bowser a lot of fun to play but F tilt - slowed down a bit with super armor on start up and throws a Mario fireball out of fist when active. D tilt - throws a Mario fireball with each swat. (Fireballs should be extremely slow) B - Slow it down and make it like 4 times as big - yet it dies fast. The best part about this is that he should be able to keep moving his head up our down until his head is on backwards. It would be amazing because it would make no sense. (<- has to happen) Side B - make it vacuum in people, body slam part has a hitbox which grounds. Up B - more mobile on ground start up. Down B - the size of the hitbox now should stun them like Zamus's B to kind of be like the shockwaves from Mario 64. F Smash - Super Armor on start up, if charged for a certain period of time makes him slide forward when active. D Smash - pulls in from farther away, sucks in from above. He could have increased weight as well, but I'm not sure how useful that is. If he had more super armor, more damage, but more start up on moves, that would probably be more called for. So, here's this for your consideration.

I don't think they're taking recommendations right now, but oh god, upside-down-face Bowser would be awesome. The mario fireball thing won't be able to be done though, methinks. |

IIRC Doing the upside down bowser face would not beable to be done unless you edited bowser's morionetc in brawlbox so that his head goes upside sown. Even then I don't think it would work.

Tapping b should fire a bowser fireball straigh ahead though. And you know, i have always wanted the characters that are bosses in their original games to have a boss like playstyle, meaning that you'd have to go through a number of things to actually hit them. Something I'm acutally considering now, since it'd make bowser the boss of this game, is if the super armor in his hitstun should be inpenetrable, however making this the only state in which he takes damage. This means that you wont be able to combo him, and you have to find a way to launch him somehow, deal damage and then run away. This would make the matches a bit more boss like for the one fighting bowser, since they would have to find some way to launch him, and then strike to deal damage and keep doing this until they can finish him. This might be over the top, I'm pretty certain it is, and what could be done instead is lowering his 10% super armor to about 8%, and increase his hitstun super armor from 15% to 20%. This means that most characters will be fighting him in a way you would fight a boss and other boss-like characters in the game would fight him at their own level. I don't know, I just wish you would actually be facing a boss when you were fighting bowser, and not just an equal with the same properties as you have. The fight should differ from regular fights when trying to beat a boss, like in all video games. |

dude rkey if you did that though with boss characters theyd have to make it so all the match ups in this game for ganny are 100-0 in his favor except against link its 50-50 cuz only the hero of time can defeat gannondorf, so it was written

Maybe tapping B would have decent start up and be like Yoshi in his Final Smash. My friend Fred recommended the head twisting thing and I think most people would think it's extremely hilarious. |

Sorry, but super armor isn't changing, and nobody in their right mind should be complaining about it. It changes your playstyle, yes, but EVERY character has a way to get through it. We've made sure of it. No johns. |

I dunno TSON. It's one thing to be able to get through it. It's another to reasonably be able to get bowser to 140+ and then kill him if the bowser has half a clue how to play. My suggestion: no HA on tumble and hitstun animations. |
