Will Fox be able to waveshine and chaingrab like in the old days against heavy chars?

Short answer: yes. Long answer: yes he will be able to waveshine and CG fast fallers. However, due to Brawl's slightly more potent DI, it will be escape-able slightly earlier, but should still feel very much like Melee. |

U-throw is a 90 angle so it's no more DIable than melee. Stronger DI only applies to diagonals. |
