Imagine for a second that Falco had a "charge up" taunt like Captain Falcon. Like the good Captain, Falco's neutralB would become a single-use special attack. However, instead of just simply being a souped-up version of the regular move, Falco would instead fire a short burst of electricity, having slightly less range than his reflector. Upon successfully tasering an enemy, he would say "Don't try me." The enemy that got taser'd would then be under slow-motion for a few seconds, as if they had a stop watch used on them (but not so slow as to the point they can't defend themselves, think Veiwtiful Joe's special in MvC3). For the sake of being fair, the taser attack's startup animation would be slower than a normal blaster's, and characters that are already slow-mo should have sufficient time to defend since Falco would need to charge it up again each time. If it were possible, then the slow-mo wouldn't stack or refresh on already slow-mo'd enemies either, so a taser-spammer would actually need some skill to use it effectively. IS IT GOOD? |
