deleting custom stages

I have around 100 custom stages on my wii, but I dont want to erase all my brawl save data, is there an easy way to get rid of my brawl custom stages without the need to format the file?

Save them all to an SD card. Doing that will let you play them in vBrawl from the SD card and they'll be off your Wii.
