Can we speed up extremespeed so it has mindgame potential?

Every move always has mindgame potential, even crouching and walking has it. What are you talking about?

That's note even a video of extremespeed, it's just a video showing that a slow move like pikachu's side-b can be used for mindgames. Therefore, you just counterargumented yourself. Also: HAPPY BIRTHDAY FILBERT

I was talking about the series of QACing before the Side-B. I thought it would be cool if Lucario could do something like that. Imagine the same first 4 seconds except with Lucario (if possible) and titled 'Mindgames Son (Filbert: He's insane)'. The mindgames come from Up-B, not from Side-B. Also: Thanks. |

I would like less startup on Extremespeed, that'd be nice.
